Fuego the Phoenix is a kinetic fire sculpture that was created for the String Cheese Incident show at Horning's Hideout in 2011. It featured a hand crank system that slowly raised the wings into the air. Once fully raised, a fire performer came over and lit the kerosene soaked fire rope attached to the wings to create a flaming phoenix.
